Syed Rafique Hussain and Dr Nazir Saeed heard Abdul Hakim Khan’s petition on ‘implementation’, Abida Aslam Rathor’s case on reversion, Shafqat Rasool Sindhu’s submission on censure, and Aleem Ahmed’s case about his seniority. The bench, after receiving main counsels request seeking time to argue, adjourned hearing of aforementioned complaints. These cases were filed in 2013 and yet were being awaited to be decided.

Meanwhile, another bench of FST, comprising Ishtiaq Ahmed and Javed Iqbal Kasi resumed hearing of complaints filed by Inamul Haque, Muhammad Musharraf, Muhammad Ramzan, Jawad Hussain Memon, Mushtaq Ali Tunio, Ramchand, Ali Dost, Muhammad Abdul Rahim, Ahmed Ali Wassan, Jawad Hussain Memon, and others. The bench dated in office the hearing of these complaints after hearing brief arguments from sides. It is pertinent to mention that some of the mentioned cases were being contested at the tribunal since 2013.

Inam ul Haque had filed an ‘implementation’ case. He had prayed the tribunal to direct the board on implementing its previously announced decision about Haque’s promotion. He had submitted that he was not promoted to the due scale despite serving for years.

Muhammad Musharraf, Muhammad Ramzan and others had filed promotion cases demanded the tribunal to ensure their promotion to the higher scales as per rules of the department.
