KARACHI: The State Bank of Pakistan will remain closed for public dealing on January 2, 2017, on account of bank holiday.
According to an announcement made here on Wednesday, all banks / Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) / Microfinance Finance Banks (MFBs) shall, therefore, remain closed for public dealing on the above date. However, all employees of banks / DFIs / MFBs will attend the office as usual.
