LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested three suspects who are involved in selling and supplying unregistered contraband medicines.
According to FIA Deputy Director Administration Lahore Khwaja Hammad, along with Sub-Inspector Javaid, conducted a raid in Dogar Basti near Harianwala Chowk and recovered 2,000 unregistered tablets containing Sildenafil citrate (Viagra).
Sources said that the FIA authorities have registered cases against the accused persons namely Hassan Tariq, Zafar Abbas and Abdul Razzaq. Hassan Tariq and Abdul Razzaq were arrested on the spot. Further investigations are underway.
