ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue Chairman Nisar Muhammad Khan has converted the major penalty of Mateenullah, ex-senior preventive officer (BS-16).
The FBR chairman, in his capacity as Appellate Authority, has converted the major penalty of “compulsory retirement from service” into another major penalty of “reduction to a lower stage by four stages”.
The chairman converted the penalty on a departmental appeal filed by the convicted officer, who was last posted at Model Customs Collectorate of Preventive, Karachi.
