Customs Appellate Tribunal adjourns hearing of 13 cases

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 13 cases on Wednesday and adjourned all of them until the next hearing.

The tribunal heard 13 cases, including Muhammad Yousaf versus customs Lahore, Ahsan Mehmood versus customs Lahore, Salman Butt versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, customs Faisalabad versus Adam International.

On Wednesday, Customs Appellate Tribunal heard cases, including Fayyaz Trading versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, customs Lahore versus Abdul Khabir, Sohail and others versus customs Lahore.

Furthermore, the tribunal heard the cases of M/s Saitara Textile two appeals versus customs Lahore, customs Multan versus Abdul Rauf, UCH Power versus directorate Multan Unit Sadiqabad, customs Lahore versus A.I Corporation, Digital World versus Post Clearance Audit Lahore, Dilbar Jani versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore.

In all cases, the counsels for the appellants appeared before the court and presented arguments. After hearing the arguments, the tribunal member adjourns the hearing of cases for the next dates.
