Commonwealth bank of Australia raises stake in Denison mines corp

CANBERRA: Commonwealth Bank of Australia raised its position in Denison Mines Corp (NYSEMKT:DNN) (TSE:DML) by 0.9% during the third quarter, according to its most recent Form 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The firm owned 6,538,402 shares of the company’s stock after buying an additional 59,428 shares during the period. Commonwealth Bank of Australia owned approximately 1.23% of Denison Mines Corp worth $3,039,000 at the end of the most recent quarter.

Other institutional investors have also bought and sold shares of the company. TD Asset Management Inc. increased its position in Denison Mines Corp by 2.5% in the third quarter. TD Asset Management Inc. now owns 488,289 shares of the company’s stock worth $386,000 after buying an additional 11,736 shares in the last quarter. JPMorgan Chase & Co. increased its position in Denison Mines Corp by 0.4% in the third quarter. JPMorgan Chase & Co. now owns 5,603,998 shares of the company’s stock worth $8,518,000 after buying an additional 24,828 shares in the last quarter. Sprott Inc. increased its position in Denison Mines Corp by 4.4% in the third quarter.
