MULTAN: The Model Customs Collectorate Multan has directed those employees with dual charge to take approval before going to any leave.

Deputy Collector Saad Atta Rabbani has issued office order for those employees who are performing multiple tasks by holding more than one charge at Multan Customs. There are few employees in the Multan Customs are assigned additional tasks besides their regular responsibilities due to their exceptional skills and experience. These employees are performing their duties at Multan Dry Port, Multan International Airport, recovery branch, Anti-Smuggling Organization, statistic branch, law branch, State Ware House and others.   Due to sudden absence of those Customs employees which have additional responsibilities along with their regular tasks create issues for the Multan Customs.

The Model of Customs Collectorate Multan has bounded all those employees who are performing dual charges to approve their leave from Deputy Collector Saad Atta Rabbani (Headquarter MCC Multan). The Collectorate will also assigned responsibilities of absent employees to run administrative matters in better way. Customs operations are disturbed very badly due to non-availability of substitute for the accomplishment of their routine tasks.

The Model of Customs Collectorate Multan will take stern action against those employees who ignored the directions of the collectorate. It is learnt that few employees at the Model of Customs Collectorate Multan were absent from their duties due to casual leave and there was no substitute to perform their responsibilities in their absence.

Collector Sarfraz Ahmad Warraich directed Deputy Collector Sadd Ata Rabbani to accept leave of any employee with dual charge after assigning their responsibilities to other employee before their leave.
