PCA holds ceremony in honor of retired superintendent Rauf Qureshi

LAHORE: Directorate of Post Clearance Audit (PCA) held a ceremony to pay homage to retired Superintendent Rauf Ahmed Qureshi

Talking to Customs Today participants of the event said that employees like Rauf Ahmed Qureshi are real asset of customs department. They paid glowing tributes to the services rendered by retired superintendent. They said that during his entire tenure in Directorate of Post Clearance Audit Superintendent Rauf Ahmed Qureshi always showed outstanding performance.

He always worked devotedly and honestly while assigning different tasks. They were of the view that they will take guidance from him in performing their duties. Before joining Directorate of Post Clearance Audit, Rauf Qureshi also served in different positions in Directorate of Customs Preventive, Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigations, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement.

Prominent among those who attended the ceremony includes Audit Officer Arshad Malik, Mohammad Jamil, Attiqur Rehman, Agha Ehsan, Babar Iqbal, Appraiser Mohammad Imran, Waqas Gillani, Superintendent Munawwar Khan, Chaudhary Fayyaz, Jamshed Yousaf, Amir Gillani and Jahangir Hayat.

Sharing his views Rauf Qureshi said that he is proud to serve in customs department. He thanked all his colleagues for extending all out support and cooperation to him in assignment of his duties.

At the end of the ceremony, honorary shield was presented to retired Superintendent Rauf Ahmed Qureshi. His colleagues wished him all the best in his future life and prayed to Almighty Allah for his long life and prosperity. They said that they will also take guidance from him in their future assignments also.
