Biggest-ever haul: FBR seizes illegally-processed tobacco

ISLAMABAD: Regional Tax Office (RTO), Rawalpindi, has seized the biggest-ever haul of illegally-processed tobacco for the manufacturing of non-tax paid cigarettes.

Official sources in the said RTO said that the raiding team of Federal Board of Revenue’s (FBR) intelligence wing sealed four big godowns on Chakwal -Rawalpindi road and seized over 3,000 bales of processed tobacco ready for manufacturing of non-tax paid cigarettes.
