First meeting of FPCCI standing committee on customs agents today

KARACHI: Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) Standing Committee on Customs Agents first meeting to be held Tuesday (today).

According to the details, chairman standing committee on customs agents Qamar Alam will preside over the meeting which is being held at the Conference Room of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) head office, Karachi.

During the different session of the meeting Senior Vice Chairman All Pakistan Customs Agent Association Muhammad Arshad Jamal will highlight the efforts and future plans of the APCAA whereas Collector of Customs Preventive Dr Saifuddin Junejo will also grace the event.

Issues related to the problems faced by the traders / service sector at Air Freight Units across the country, allotment of space for service centre and proper sitting arrangements for the tax payers at Customs House will be the main agenda of the meeting.

During the meeting the enhancement of space for National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) branch in Customs House will also be discussed.
