Customs appellate tribunal hears 11 important cases on Wednesday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal Division Bench-II, comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Member Technical Imran Tariq, heard 11 cases and adjourned all of them until the next hearing.

The Customs Appellate Tribunal adjourned the hearing of 11 cases, including Hazoor Ahmed Khan versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Rana Shokat versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore.

On Wednesday, the tribunal heard cases of Rehmat Ullah versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Glacier International versus Customs Lahore, Master Link versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore and Customs Lahore versus Nasrullah.

Furthermore, the tribunal heard cases of Customs Lahore versus Muhammad Naeem, Basharat Ali versus Customs Lahore, Ahmed Shah versus Customs Multan and Khadim Hussain versus Customs Multan.

In all the cases, the representatives of the appellants and respondents appeared before the court and argued for their respective parties. After hearing the arguments from the parties, the Customs Appellate Tribunal called the counsels of parties in the cases of Rana Shokat versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore for the final arguments and adjourned all other cases until the next hearing.
