COPENHAGEN: Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Financials, Personal & Household Goods and Consumer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.19%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Nets A/S (CO:NETS), which rose 2.45% or 2.60 points to trade at 108.80 at the close. Meanwhile, TDC A/S (CO:TDC) added 1.60% or 0.58 points to end at 36.94 and Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) was up 1.35% or 4.1 points to 307.4 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE), which fell 2.43% or 6.0 points to trade at 240.9 at the close. Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) declined 1.67% or 13.5 points to end at 797.0 and Genmab (CO:GEN) was down 0.47% or 7.0 points to 1475.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 69 to 48 and 21 ended unchanged.
Shares in Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) rose to all time highs; up 1.35% or 4.1 to 307.4.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 0.10% or 0.05 to $48.80 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 0.04% or 0.02 to hit $51.76 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.18% or 2.15 to trade at $1229.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.15% to 6.9167, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4350.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.02% at 100.07.
