SIALKOT: A large number of local people, including traders and heirs of the two slain traders, on Monday participated in a peaceful anti-police demonstration in front of the offices of DC and DPO Sialkot. The grieved family and heirs of the two slain traders led the demonstration for second consecutive day.

The protesters, including women and children, were carrying banners and placards chanting anti-police slogans. They also staged a sit-in there and registered their strong protest against the Muradpur police who failed to arrest the accused killers of two brothers, Waseem and Muqadas, who were shot dead by armed dacoits on resistance during a broad daylight dacoity at their shop on February 23, 2017.
