ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) will strengthen coordination with provinces to promote tourism in country.
After devolution,it is very important to establish joint plan of action for promoting tourism at international level. High ups of PTDC held number of meetings with provincial governments’ officials for joint venture.
An official of PTDC said that it was our shared responsibility to promote tourism industry. He said that Managing Director PTDC was visiting provinces to discuss various ideas,adding that he recently visited Azad Kashmir,Gilgit-Baltistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
He said that similar meetings would be conducted with provincial tourism minitries of Sindh and Punjab. He said that AJK government and PTDC agreed to initiate number of projects.
