SARGODHA: The Cantonment Board Sargodha (CBS) will reduce tax burden from the residents and all irregularities in the commercial and domestic properties to be resolved.
The CBS official said that all out efforts were in progress to improve cleanliness situation in the city. He urged people to avoid purchase of property in unapproved housing societies adding that board was also planning to include these illegal societies in the tax net.
The amnesty schemes would be launched from May 1st after which the maps of 700 under construction houses would be passed without imposing fines, he added.
The Cantonment Officer said that CBS was considering to reduce the tax ratio on residential plots and planning was underway to include 1400 homes in minor tax net.
