Customs Court to take up 15 customs, income tax related cases today

KARACHI: Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling Court Judge Syed Faiz Rasool Rashdi on Monday (today) will take up 15 customs and income tax related cases.

According to the cause list, regular hearing, prosecution evidences and confirmation of bail applications were included in these cases. The custom court office has already issued notices to the parties and investigation officers for attending the court on Monday (today).

Another side, the Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday will also take up more than 15 customs & income tax related cases.

According to the roaster, one bench comprised Justice Irfan Sadat Khan and Justice Mukhdoom A Khan and another comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Nazar Akbar.

According to the Sindh High Court’s (SHC) office, intimation notices also were issued to the both sides’ parties for attending the court and SHC also has directed the parties to appear before the court and file their respective para wise comments.
