6 tonne narcotics seized across country

LAHORE: The Anti Narcotics Force Pakistan seized narcotics weighing 6.05 tonne in 19 operations across the country during the last 48 hours.

According to ANF report, the force also arrested 23 accused with six vehicles. The ANF Lahore intercepted a van on Wazirabad Road and recovered 16.8 kg hashish besides arresting Ikramullah, Arifullah Waheedur Rehman and Malik Waqas. In another operation, the ANF recovered 1.05 Kg hashish by arresting Noorul Ibrar near China Chowk, Wazirabad Road, Sialkot While the ANF recovered 130g hashish from motorcyclist Hanif near Shoukat Khanum Hospital Chowk, Lahore.
