FBR amends jurisdiction of chief commissioners-IR in Karachi

KARACHI: Federal Board of Revenue has amended jurisdiction of chief commissioners-Inland Revenue, Regional Tax Office-II, Karachi with effect from April 18. 2017.

The FBR, exercising the powers conferred under Section 209 of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001, (herein after referred as Ordinance) Section 30 and Section 31 of the Sales Tax Act 1990 and Section 29 of the Federal Excise Act 2005, amended the Board’s jurisdiction order bearing F No 57(2) Jurisdiction/2016/107719-R dated August 16, 2016 in following manners:-
