FBR serves final notice on actress-model Saba Qamar to pay Rs3.7m income tax

LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenue has issued a final warning notice to famous model, singer and actress Saba Qamar to pay her income tax for the fiscal year 2016. The Federal Board of Revenue has issued the last notice to Saba to pay her income tax of Rs3.7million.

The FBR has also intimated her by saying that her bank accounts would be attached to recover the defaulted amount of tax. Additional Commissioner Naeem Babar has served the notice on Saba. A timeframe of 15 days has also been given to supermodel. Saba Qamar has also worked in an Indian movie. She is earning millions of rupees every month which is shown by her bank record.

Meanwhile, the FBR has also issued a last warning to famous singer Sara Raza Khan. She has turned out to be a tax-defaulter and has not filed her tax-returns for three consecutive years 2014, 15 and 16. The FBR demanded her to document her assets and income tax returns. The FBR has also served final notices on Mikaal Zulfiqar and Sobia Khan for not filing their tax-returns and income statements.

The FBR issued notice to Sobia Khan for not filing her tax returns for the year 2015-2016 and Mikaal Zulfiqar failed to file his tax returns for the year 2016.
