SIALKOT: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested a notorious human trafficker Asim Shehzad from village Begowala, tehsil Sambrial, on Tuesday.
Khalid Anees (Divisional Deputy Director FIA) told CT that accused was also involved in border crossings and fake-visa making for Iran and Turkey. He said the accused sends the innocent people abroad illegally after getting big amounts from them.
The FIA has sent the accused behind bars after registering a case.
Further investigation is underway.
