Pakistan Taxation Club arranges farewell Iftar dinner for Dr Irshad

KARACHI: Pakistan Taxation Club’s Karachi chapter has arranged a farewell dinner for Federal Board of Revenue’s outgoing chairman, Dr Muhammad Irshad.

In a largely attended function, officers of IRS and Pakistan Customs as well as retired officers of both the services gathered to pay rich tributes to Dr Muhammad Irshad who rendered admirable services all throughout his illustrious career.

Pakistan Taxation Club Patron-in-Chief Syed Ayaz Mahmood shared his long association with the chief guest and emphasised that he had all the qualities of an outstanding leader from the very beginning.

Pakistan Taxation Club President Dr Muhammad Tariq Masood and Chief Collector Enforcement Dr Manzoor Memon, while extending their best wishes to Dr Irshad, highlighted various positive steps taken by him during his tenure as Member IR (Ops) and the FBR chairman.

The chief guest, FBR Chairman Dr Muhammad Irshad, expressed his gratitude for arranging the memorable function at a short notice and emphasised that honesty, dedication and hard work always pay. He talked at length about his vision of the future FBR and steps taken so far during his tenure.
