FBR chief reviews housing, medical facilities for Foundation members

ISLAMABAD: A meeting of the FBR Foundation was held with Chairman FBR/FBR Foundation Dr. Mohammad Irshad in the chair to review progress on providing affordable medical and housing facilities to the members of the Foundation. Members of the FBR Board and CEO of FBR Foundation Saleem Ahmad Ranjha were also present.

The meeting was briefed on various measures taken by the Foundation to provide cheaper and affordable medical services as well as provision of easy and soft loans to small cadres serving and retired employees of the FBR. Proposals for starting residential schemes for the Foundation members were also discussed. The chairman advised the Foundation office-bearers to explore further options and opportunities for provision of basic amenities to the members of the Foundation.

The Chairman FBR desired that the Foundation should reach out to these employees and meet their expectations. He hailed what he called an admirable level of interest, support and encouragement shown by the senior hierarchy within the FBR for the Foundation and hoped the Foundation would come up to their expectations.

CEO FBR Foundation Saleem Ahmad Ranjha, Member Administration FBR Majid Qureshi, Member Operations FBR Rehmatullah Wazir and other senior officials attended the meeting.
