FBR freezes bank account of Narson Chemical Industries

LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenue has frozen the bank account of Narson Chemical Industries Private Limited which is a defaulter of Rs05million.

The FBR has conducted a raid on Narson Chemical Industries on Saturday and froze the bank account of the company. The industry defaults on income tax of Rs05million. The company failed to submit its income tax returns for the years 2011, 2012 and 2013.

Now the Federal Board of Revenue has frozen the bank account of the company and recovered Rs03million.

Meanwhile, the FBR has recovered Rs266000 on Saturday from the account of a rich citizen who failed to submit his tax returns since five years. The FBR had issued many notices to Javed of Band Road Lahore. The FBR had frozen his bank account at Jail Road Branch and recovered Rs265000 tax.

The action was taken by Inspector Waqar Haider Shah and Muhammad Akram Haider.
