President stresses consultation to strengthen tax collection

KARACHI: President Mamnoon Hussain has stressed the need for cooperation and consultation with the business community to strengthen tax collection regime. He appreciated that the confidence of taxpayers has increased with the improvement in tax refund system.

The President was talking to outgoing Federal Tax Ombudsman Abdur Rauf Chaudhry who paid a farewell call on him at the Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad on Thursday.
