FBR grants ST exemption on services provide to German Development Agency

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has granted sales tax exemption on services provided to German Development Agency within Islamabad Capital Territory.

The FBR has issued SRO 641 (I)/ 2017 to exempt from whole of sales tax payable on goods supplied to German Development Agency (Deutsche Gesellschaft fur International Zusammenarbeit) GIZ and services provided to it within Islamabad Capital Territory by services providers registered under the Sales Tax Act, 1990.
