ISLAMABAD: FST division bench comprising Members, Muhammad Arshad Bhatti and Muhammad Javed Iqbal Kasi issued notices in cases filed by employees of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
The bench issued notices in cases submitted by Amjad Farooq, Naveed Ali Khan, Shahzad Muhammad Aamir, Gohar Ali, Asim Muhammad, Mehboob Ali, Waqar Ahmed, Sayyar Ahmed, Khan Hameed, Adam Khan, Noor Hussain, Muhammad Mukhtiar and Fazal Hussain had filed complaints about promotion before the tribunal. The tribunal had issued notices to parties during last week for early hearing of the cases.
The bench had recently heard petitions carrying complaints on promotion and suspension matters and had reserved decision on Gulraiz Ahmed Raza’s complaint against his suspension. Petition was pending with the bench for months. The bench reserved decision with submission of related records by sides.
