The purpose of the forum is to create the Ukrainian-Korean network between government and business agencies to promote the development of bilateral economic cooperation and investigate the new ways of cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Korea.

According to former Ukrainian Agrarian Policy and Food Deputy Minister for European Integration Vladyslava Rutytska, Ukraine and the Republic of Korea can establish cooperation in agricultural, infrastructure and tourism sectors.

“The direct investments of South Korea in Ukraine have come to $208 million, not including government projects being implemented between our countries. It is very important for us to make this indicator grow,” Rutytska said.

The organizers of the forum are the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Ukraine, Hi Tech Office Ukraine and National Technical University of Ukraine ‘Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute’.
