Education Dept decides to regularize 600 contract employees of Rawalpindi division

RAWALPINDI: Education department has decided to regularize 600 contract employees of Rawalpindi division.

Under the directives of chief minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif a committee has been constituted under commissioner Rawalpindi Zahid Saeed in this regard. Director colleges Professor Hummayun Iqbal and deputy director colleges Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Chakwal and Attock will be members of this committee.

The contract employees who will be regularized include employees from grade 1 to grade 4. List of all these employees has been provided to competent authority for issuance of notification. These employees will be regularized from the date of announcement of their regularization by the committee. Decision will be announced on January, 1, 2015.
