Faisalabad Customs assigns special duties to staff during Eid holidays

FAISALABAD: The Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation assigned special duties to its employees during Eidul Azha holidays.

Deputy Director of Customs Intelligence Muhammad Azam Khan issued notification no: C-II/II/GL/O. dated 1/2017/658 and has finalized duty charts of the staff who will work in four days. Three employees will perform their duties in each shift.

According to notification Sepoys Ahmed Ali Haider, Muhammad Iqbal, Imtaiz Khan performed their duties on 1-09-201. Each shift will perform their special Eid duties to almost five hours.

On the second day of holiday Sepoys Muhammad Bilal, Muzamil Hussain and Imtiaz Khan havaldar from will perform their duties at Faisalabad Customs. While Sepoys Muhammad Rafique, Muhammad Mussadiq Ahmed and Imtiaz Khan havaldar will perform their duties on 3-09-2017. While Abuzer Saddique, Muhammad Ismail and havaldar Imtiaz Khan will perform their duties on the last day of Eidul Azha.

They are given task to deploy staff at main gate, office buildings for security duty and they will be responsible to ensure attendance of the staff during their duty timings.

The Customs Intelligence Deputy Director Muhammad Azam Khan assigned these duties according to Eid schedule. All the employees are advised to perform their duties strictly according to timing given against their names and in the prior uniform alongwith official weapon. No havaldar and sepoy will leave or exchange his guards duty without prior permission of competent authorities. Any deviation on their part will be seriously viewed.
