Seven IRS officers promoted to BS-19, relinquish/assume charge

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued notifications regarding charge relinquishment/assumption by Inland Revenue Service (IRS) officers on their promotion to BS-19, and Pakistan Customs Service (PCS) officers of BS 18.

As per details, Ghulam Sarwar Shah has relinquished the charge of the post of Second Secretary (BS-18), FBR (HQ), Islamabad and assumed the charge of the post of Secretary (BS-19), FBR (HQ), Islamabad on December 11, 2014.

Shahid Soomro relinquished the charge of the post of Secretary (BS-18), FBR (HQ), Islamabad on December 10, 2014 and assumed the charge of the post of Secretary (BS-19) on the same date.

Naveed Khalid Khan, Imtiaz Ahmed, Shaheed Mehboob, Yasmin Yusuf Khan, Muhammad Bilal Malik and Durr-e-Maknoon also assumed the charge of the post of Secretary (BS-19), Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad.

Meanwhile, Abdul Haye Sheikh (PCS/BS-18) relinquished the charge of the post of Second Secretary, Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad on December 05, 2014 and assumed the charge of the post of Deputy Collector, Model Customs Collectorate of Appraisement (West), Karachi on December 11.

Asad Ullah Larik (PCS/BS-18) relinquished the charge of the post of Deputy Director, Directorate General of Transit Trade, Karachi on November 28, 2014 and assumed the charge of the post of Deputy Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication), Quetta on December 03, 2014.
