KARACHI: The Custom (Taxation & Anti-Smuggling) Court directed investigation officer to complete investigations and submit final charge sheet against accused person namely Syed Bilal Hussain Shah son of Orangzaib Shah, who was booked in a case of smuggled/non-duty paid Toyota Hilux jeep Model 2000 valuing Rs2,519,771.
According to the prosecution, during the search, officials of the customs authorities intercepted a Toyota Hilux Jeep Model 2000 and suspect was asked to produce documents, however he failed to produce any lawful documents, therefore, said vehicle was seized by officials.

After his arguments, court accepted charge sheet and directed him to arrest absconder accused. Case was registered for violation of under section 2 (s) 32 and 178 of Customs Act 1969 punishable under clauses (8) (89) and 14 of section 156 (i) ibid.
