Gwadar Customs seizes Iranian juices, luxury vehicles

KARACHI: Gwadar Customs Collectorate has shown a wonderful performance against smuggling in the month of August.

The Customs Collectorate of Gwadar team has seized 50 cartons of Iranian juices and grease worth Rs1.82 million during search operation of a vehicle.

In another raid, the Customs Collectorate team foiled an attempt to smuggle luxury vehicles tires worth Rs 2.2 million.

According to details, on a tip-off regarding possible smuggling of 50 cartons of Iranian juices and 200 boxes of Iranian grease in Bara area, Gawadar Deputy Collector Asadullah Larik constituted a team of Customs Anti-Smuggling Organization (ASO) under the supervision of Customs Preventive Inspector Shabbir ali khan.
