PIEDMC kiosk attracts investors at PakMedica Fair

LAHORE: Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) kiosk at PakMedica Medical Health and Cosmetics Fair 2017 attracted a large number of investors.

PIEDMC spokesman said here Tuesday that at the three-day fair held at Expo Centre, the company showcased the facilities it could offer to potential investors in setting up industry at various industrial estates.

He added that the event provided a platform to companies having products, services and technologies that were active in the field of medical products such as medical consumables manufacturers, medical imaging, hospital beds, medical devices, healthcare, etc. The PIEDMC had the opportunity to approach and educate potential clients from within the pharmaceutical industry, he said and asserted that 41 international and local companies’ associates were met and briefed on potential investment opportunities available under the umbrella of PIEDMC.

PIEDMC-run Pakistan Drugs Testing & Research Centre (PDTRC) which provides services of drugs complete analysis, testing of finished products & APIs, analytical method development, validation, comparative dissolution testing, profile and product development according to international standards and ICH guidelines also participated in the fair.

He said the event catered to the products, services and technologies involved in health service provision and treatment such as construction companies, pharmaceuticals and pharmacies, health tourism services, etc.Pakistan Turkey Health Collaboration Forum organised the event to create opportunity for Turkish companies to display their products, services and technologies, he mentioned
