PESHAWAR: The Bonded Ware House, Model Customs Collectorate Peshawar, has gone surplus by collecting Rs113.97million revenue in just 18 days of October during current FY2017-18, said by Collector Customs at MCC Peshawar Gul Rahman while talking with Customs Today on Wednesday at the Customs House Peshawar.
The Collector Customs said the revenue collection of Bonded Ware House Peshawar has been increased in the current FY. He stressed the need for adopting productive steps which can further increase the generation of revenue from the BWH Peshawar.
The BWH Peshawar collected a sum of Rs41.89million Customs Duty during 18 days of October which has been more than Rs34.88million that the BWH Peshawar generated in first 18 days of October during previous FY2016-17.
The BWH Peshawar received Rs1.51million ST in the same period and an amount of Rs58.12million was done from ST on VM Palm oil in the corresponding period of October 1 till October 18 of current FY2017-18.
The Bonded Ware House Peshawar also collected Rs7.97million AIT and an amount of Rs 4.50million was generated through FED during first 18 days of October.
