FAISALABAD: An FIA team conducted raid in Jaranwala on Tuesday and arrested alleged human smuggler, Mukhtar Aslam, resident of chak 449-GB.
FIA official said here Tuesday that the accused had extorted money of Rs. 3.4 lakh from two citizens Abdul Majeed and Asghar of the same locality for sending them to Masqat but he neither sent them abroad nor returned the money. The FIA team headed by Inspector Ghazanfar Gujjar arrested the accused for further investigation.
