U.S. custom house sold for $30m

NEW YORK: The U.S. Custom House, a 67,000-square-foot Portland Landmark listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, was bought for $30 million on Monday by the Vista Investment Group.

“With its distinctive architecture, large floor plates and high-volume interiors, The U.S. Custom House is an irreplaceable building in the Pearl District of Portland and we consider it one of the jewels in our portfolio,” Vista President Jonathan Barach said in a press release.
