GDs cleared during July 1 to Dec 15: Additional Collector Zeba directs DCs, ACs to submit report

KARACHI: Additional Collector-I, MCC Appraisement-East Zeba Bashir Ahmed has directed Deputy Collectors and Assistant Collectors concerned to submit comprehensive report about the Good Declarations cleared from July 1, 2014 to December 15,2014 by December 30.

A circular issued by ADC-I Ahmed said that Post Clearance Verification (PRV) of GDS cleared during the period mentioned above would be conducted by the Deputy and Assistant Collectors incharge of the Group and a comprehensive report of the directions unearthed should be submitted to her by December 30.

The circular, which calls compliance mandatory, outlining the parameters asks the concerned officers to focus on a number of a facts while conducting PRV. These include violation of Valuation Rulings; inadmissible claim of unnecessary SRO; incorrect classification, inadmissible benefit under FTA notifications, cases where examination report differs from the assessment finding and any other anomaly discrepancy.
