Customs Appellate Tribunal adjourns hearing of 23 cases Thursday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal (single & double) bench heard 23 cases on Thursday and adjourned all the cases to different dates for January 2018.

According to the details, division bench-II comprising Member Judicial Omer Arshed Hakeem, Member Technical Imran Tariq, heard cases of Summar Mehmood versus Customs Lahore, Ishtiaq Ahmed versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan and adjourned both till eight January, the appeal of Al- Rehman Febrics versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Hazoor Buksh versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan, Muhammad Taufiq versus Customs Lahore, Abdul Basit versus Customs Lahore and Nuzhat Bukhari versus Customs Lahore adjourned till 18 January and two appeals of M/s Fatima Fertilizers versus Directorate Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore , Master Link versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation and Directorate Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore versus World Wide Scientific.

The single bench-I comprising Muhammad Shabbir Gujjar Member Judicial adjourned cases of Muhammad Nawaz versus Customs Lahore and Barkat Steel Mills versus Customs Multan till eight January, similarly, case of Jeelan Logistics versus Customs Lahore adjourned till three January and appeals of Pak Shaheen Cargo versus Customs Lahore, Payo Khan versus Customs Multan and Ghafoor Elahi versus Directorate Faisalabad adjourned till eight January.

Division bench-II comprising  Muhammad Shabbir Gujjar member judicial and Imran Tariq member technical heard and adjourned all five cases of Tahir Ali Qurashi versus Customs Faisalabad, Directorate Lahore versus Tahir Rizwan, Abdul Ghani versus Customs Lahore and others.
