Multan Customs achieves 68% revenue task of January in 2 weeks

MULTAN: The Model  Customs Collectorate has collected revenue of Rs1439.181 million during first thirteen days of January 2017-18.

According to details, Multan Customs was assigned Rs.2109.03 million revenue collection target under head of customs duty, sales taxes, federal excise duty (FED) and withholding taxes (WHT) for the month of January 2017-18.

The Model of Customs Collectorate Multan has made customs duty collection of Rs.434.527 million against the Rs.633.36 million during 13 days of January. Multan Customs revenue collection is on right track and they achieved almost revenue collection of 68.60 % during the first 13 days of January.

Multan Customs allocated different revenue collection tasks under the head of customs duty, sales taxes, federal excise duty (FED) and withholding taxes (WHT) for the on-going month of January 2017-18.

The Model Customs Collectorate Multan has poised Rs.997.067 million in terms of sales taxes for the period of first 13 days of January and Collectorate was allocated revenue task of Rs.1449.91 million tasks for the collection of sales tax for the duration of January.

Multan Customs has made collection of Rs.3.810 million under the head of Federal Excise of Duty in the first 13 days of January and Collectorate was assigned revenue collection target of Rs.8.06 million during the month of January.

Multan Customs collected Rs.3.777 million in wake of withholding tax in the 13 days of January and Collectorate was assigned Rs.17.70 million for the period of January 2017-18.

Meanwhile Multan Customs has collected Rs.1439.181 during the first 13 days of January and overall collected 68 .23 % revenue task of January 2017-18.
