Customs Tribunal reserves verdicts in two appeals

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal (Single & Double) Bench heard 13 cases on Tuesday and adjourned all for different dates without those cases whose verdicts were reserved.

The Division Bench-II, comprising Omer Arshad Hakeem, Member Judicial, and Imran Tariq, Member Technical, heard 10 cases including Muhammad Ramzan Afzal versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Al-Hamra Fabrics versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Noor Ali versus Customs Lahore, Cotton Craft versus Customs Lahore, Rehmat Uallah versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore.

Furthermore, the same bench heard cases of Muhammad Sadiq versus Customs Lahore, Raja Intezar Mehbood versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Gujrat and Abdul Razzaq versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Gujrat.

The Single Bench-I, comprising Muhammad Shabbir Gujjar, Member Judicial, heard three cases which include Customs Faisalabad versus J K Spinning, Farhat Abbas Shah versus Customs Faisalabad and Zahoor-ul-Hassan versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan.

The Single Bench of the tribunal has reserved verdicts in two appeals.
