Accountability for all to be ensured: DG NAB-KP

PESHAWAR: Director General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Farmanullah Khan Friday vowed to ensure accountability for all to promote the vision of Chairman NAB Justice® Javed Iqbal.

As per details, Farmanullah Khan has assumed the charge of Director General NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. On his first day at office, he reviewed the performance of the bureau and expressed his satisfaction over the progress of cases.

He also stressed on his teams to maintain integrity in personal and officials matters. In order to prevent miscarriage of justice, the Directed General advised all officers to protect the constitutional rights of all persons under scrutiny in accountability matters.

It merits mentioning here that Farmanullah Khan hails from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He joined National Accountability Bureau in 2004 as Additional Director and became Director in 2008.

He has vast experience of investigations and has served in Rawalpindi, Karachi and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bureaus on key positions.
