LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenue Regional Tax Office-II Lahore employees organised a farewell party to honour Director General Automation Shafqat Mahmood on Wednesday.
According to an FBR notification, the officer would stand retired from government service with effect from January 31, 2015.
Shafqat had been working as Inland Revenue RTO Lahore chief commissioner before getting the post of DG automation.
RTO-II Chief Commissioner Rukhsana Yasmin, Additional Commissioner HQ Yasmin Fatima, commissioners, deputy commissioner and other employees attended the party and praised the services of DG Shafqat Mahmood.
