Fayyaz Anwar assumes charge as Karachi I&I Director

ISLAMABAD: Fayyaz Anwar, a Pakistan Customs Service officer of BS-20, has assumed charge as Director, Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation-FBR, Karachi.

The officer, in pursuance of Board’s Notification No.0121-C-I/2018, dated 22.01.2018, relinquished the charge of the post of Director, Directorate of IPR Enforcement (Central), Lahore with effect from January 29, 2018 and took charge of the post of Director, Karachi I&I on February 2.

He had assumed charge of the post of Director, Directorate of IPR Enforcement (Central), Lahore on November 1, 2017 after relinquishing charge of the post of Director, Directorate General of IPR Enforcement (North), Islamabad on October 31, 2017. He had relinquished the charge of the post of Director, Directorate of Transit Trade, Peshawar on August 15, 2017 and assumed charge of the post of Director, Directorate General of IPR (Enforcement), Islamabad on August 16.

Fayyaz Anwar was prompted to BS-20 on February 27, 2017. He had relinquished the charge of the post of Additional Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication), Faisalabad on October 31, 2016 and assumed charge of the post of Director (OPS), Directorate of Transit Trade, Peshawar on November 01, 2016.
