PESHAWAR: Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) organized a consultative workshop for stakeholders on Federal Budget 2018-9 and Strategic Trade Policy Framework (STPF) 2018-23 here Thursday.
On this occasion, the officials of SMEDA briefed the participants on SME sector of the country, issues, challenges, policy and regulations of the sector.
Participating in the debate, the representatives of business community proposed measures for the simplification of company registration process, multi-tax system and discouraging of the practice of the levy of regulatory duties to promote export of the country.
