KUWAIT CITY: Burgan Bank, one of the leading supporters of education, recently sponsored Kuwait University’s National and Liberation day celebrations that took place at the College of Law. The bank had placed a booth at the university whereby it had showcased its Youth Account, students were keen to learn more of the accounts benefits and features and its current offerings The five day event consisted of several contests and prizes organised by the student faculty at the College of Law in addition to the distribution of the banks giveaways to the students.
A mural with positive messages of nationalism and gratitude to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the occasion of the celebrations was also designed by the students placed in the lobby area and, in remembrance of the brave martyrs and countries that defended Kuwait during the Iraqi invasion, a special exhibition was shared to illustrate the historical aspects of the period, followed by a student operetta where children performed plays through music of their homeland.
