SHC orders production of dumper truck by 30th

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has ordered production of a dumper truck before the nazir of the court by April 30.

A SHC customs appellate bench, comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Agha Faisal, after hearing the counsels ordered officials of Port Muhammad Bin Qasim to produce the vehicle by April 30. The vehicle was detained on allegation of tampered chassis.
