Customs Appellate concludes hearing of three appeals

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal (single & double) bench heard 26 cases on Wednesday and adjourned all for different dates without those three cases whose verdicts were reserved and seeks complete recored in two appeals.

The division bench-II, comprising Omer Arshed Hakeem, Member Judicial and Imran Tariq, Member Technical, heard ten cases including Bismillah Purse two appeals versus Customs Lahore, Safder Ali versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad and Khawaja Asad versus Customs Faisalabad.

Same bench heard appeals of Alhamra Fabrics versus Director Customs Intelligence Faisalabad, Dad Muhammad versus Customs Multan, Collector Customs Lahore versus Khurram Azhar, Roshan Packages versus Customs Lahore and Raja Intesar Mehboob versus Director Customs Intelligence & Investigation Lahore.

Omer Arshed Hakeem, member judicial single bench-II heard five cases including Collector Customs Lahore versus Universal Logistics, Directorate Post Clearance Audit Lahore versus Bio Link Tech, Collector Customs Sambrial versus Fotile Kitchen and Jam Enterprises versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore.

The single bench-II, comprising Muhammad Shabbur Gujjar, Member Judicial, heard four appeals including Mirza Abid Baig versus Customs Lahore, Directorate Post Clearance Audit Lahore versus Waseem Sports, Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore versus Sajjad Ali and Muhammad Aslam Khan versus Customs Lahore.
