KARACHI: The Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) has notified that the election for KCCI’s Managing Committee Members has been rescheduled because of Ashura and will now be held on September 15, 2018 instead of September 22, 2018.
According to an Addendum with reference to KCCI’s Election Notice 2018-19 issued recently, inadvertently due to oversight, the election date announced for KCCI managing committee was September 22, 2018 which falls on Ashura dates therefore it was necessary to change the date. “Now KCCI’s Managing Committee Election will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018.”
