KARACHI: The Karachi Tax Bar Association (KTBA) has urged the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to extend the last date for filing of the annual statement by 15 days.

In a letter to FBR, the tax bar argued that since most of their members were pre-occupied with filing of amnesty declarations (local and foreign) which also has the same final date of July 31, 2018, therefore, they failed to meet the deadline.
