FAISALABAD: The Customs Intelligence and Investigation impounded a non-duty paid Honda Civic car worth Rs1.5 million during road checking here.
Sources told Customs Today, that the customs officials received secret information that a non-customs paid Honda Civic bearing registration number LRL-2545 is plying on roads in Faisalabad.
Soon after receiving the information a customs team started examining documents of vehicles. The customs intercepted a Honda Civic car and asked its driver namely Muhammad Zafar to produce legal documents regarding the possession of vehicle but he failed to provide any relevant documents. After his failure the Customs team seized the vehicle and registered a case against its owner.
